Ingredients
1 whole chicken cup up
3 C all purpose flour
1 1/2 T Lawry’s seasoned salt
1/2 Tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp fine sea salt
1 T paprika
1 1/2 vegetable oil
Preparation
Preheat skillet to 375. Rinse chicken in cold water. Combine flour and seasonints. Heat oil in skillet . Fully dredge the wet chicken in the flour mix and place in skillet. Cover for 15 min. Uncover and sprinkle top of chicken with more flour. Turn chicken when bottom is golden brown, after about 25 min. Brown other side for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove chicken and place on paper towels to drain.
