Ingredients

1 small banana

1/4 tablespoon butter

1 slice multigrain bread (preferably made from scratch)

*optional: pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Slice the banana into circles 1/2 inch thick
  2. Heat up very thin crepe pan over the stove and place the slices of banana flat down on the surface
  3. Cover and let the side down brown
  4. Prepare a slice of bread by warming/toasting it and buttering the top-side of it
  5. After the first side of the banana slices are fried, flip them with a metal spatula and let that side brown (covered again)
  6. Remove the fried banana slices and placed on buttered-top of toast
  7. Enjoy (*optional: add a pinch of nutmeg on top)
