Ingredients
1 small banana
1/4 tablespoon butter
1 slice multigrain bread (preferably made from scratch)
*optional: pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
- Slice the banana into circles 1/2 inch thick
- Heat up very thin crepe pan over the stove and place the slices of banana flat down on the surface
- Cover and let the side down brown
- Prepare a slice of bread by warming/toasting it and buttering the top-side of it
- After the first side of the banana slices are fried, flip them with a metal spatula and let that side brown (covered again)
- Remove the fried banana slices and placed on buttered-top of toast
- Enjoy (*optional: add a pinch of nutmeg on top)
