two eggs beaten
salt and white pepper
italian bread crumbs
grated parmesan
chopped italian parsley
EVOO - olive oil
Preparation
Drain liquid(canned) and slice each in half. Dip in beaten egg(salted a little) Next dredge in mixture: Italian seasoned bread crumbs grated parmesan chopped italian parsley salt and pepper to taste. Fry breaded artichoke in extra virgin olive oil… serve hot.
