Ingredients

Olives

Lemon or Orange Zest

Garlic cloves

sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme

pinch of chilli flakes

Container of one bite bocconcini

Jarred pesto

Olive oil

Soft goat cheese, Boursin or blue

Chopped toasted or spiced nuts

Preparation

Mix olive ingredients and serve

Toss bocconcini with jarred pesto and drizzle of olive oil. Serve with toothpicks.

Roll cheese into marble sized balls and roll in finely chopped nuts.
