Ingredients
3-4 Eggs
1/3 cup milk
Any Veggies (spinach, peppers, olives)
Meat (any)
Cheese (any)
Salt
Pepper
Butter
Olive Oil
Preparation
Saute all chopped veggies in pan with olive oil until medium softness. Set aside. In same pan heat/cook any meats. Crack all eggs into bowl and add milk, wisk until homogenous and add salt and pepper. Heat large saucepan with medium chunk of butter, to prevent sticking! Combine sauted veggies and meats with the eggs in the bowl. Once butter in pan has melted pour all of bowls contents into pan and keep at medium heat. Allow to cook until bottom half of eggs seems cooked. Lift using a spatula and allow for liqud on top to move to bottom of saucepan. Heat over to 350. Place desired amount of cheese on surface of wet eggs and then put the entire pan into the oven. Let cook until no longer wet on top. Remove, cut and enjoy.
