Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese

3 tablespoons mayonaise

1 teaspoon paparika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne red pepper

8 ounces cooked fresh tuna

1/4 cup red pepper (chopped and minced)

1 tablespoon onion flacks

4 shakes hot sauce

Sharp cheddar cheese

Preparation

Cook fresh tuna in pan with a little olive oil (a little pink in the middle). Montreal steak seasoning works great! Break up tuna into small pieces. Blend softened cream cheese and other ingredients together. Put in a baking dish and top with graded sharp cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
