Ingredients
1/2 Lb of Fresh Ahi Tuna (MUST be sushi quality)
2 Avacodos, ripe
1 bunch of fresh Cilantro
1 Lime
Salt
Pepper
Cheyenne Pepper/Wasabi (optional)
Preparation
On a clean, plastic cutting board, cut the tuna into 1/4 in cubes (about the size of a bullion cube) and place into a large bowl. Cut the Avacado into similar sized pieces, and place into bowl with tuna. Mix together, then add 1/8 cup of chopped cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste, and stir while squeezing lime juice over mixture. To make a little spicier, add wasabi or cheyenne pepper.
