Ingredients

Pillsbury pie crust (2 rolled crusts in a box)

1/8 cp dijon mustard

8 oz mozzarella cheese (grated)

2-3 tomatoes - sliced thin

1 Tbsp crushed garlic (2 cloves or less)

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp basil

2 Tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Fit 1 pastry shell into a 10" tart pan. Brush mustard over the bottom of the shell - I never measure the mustard - I just use enough to cover the bottom Spread cheese and layer tomato slices over the cheese, overlapping the slices a bit. Sprinkle top with garlic and spices and the drizzle oil over all.

Bake at 400 for about 40 min or until cheese all melted.
