SALT AND PEPPER

2 TEASPOONS FRESH BASIL LEAVES, SLICED

1 CUP CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS

2 CUPS SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE

1 CUP MAYONAISE

1/2 CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

Preparation

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREE. PRICK PIE CRUST WITH FORK AND BAKE 10 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND REDUCE HEAT TO 325 DEGREE. COVER PIE CRUST WITH 2 LAYERS OF SLICED TOMATOES. SPRINKLE WITH SALT AND PEPPER, FRESH SLICED BASIL LEAVES,AND ONION. REPEAT LAYERS. COMBINE CHEDDAR CHEESE AND MAYONAISE. SPREAD OVER PIE TOP. TOP WITH PARMEASAN CHEESE. BAKE 40-45 MINUTES. SLICE IN 8 SLICES AND SERVE.
