Ingredients

24 oz fresh strawberry puree

(optional:sieve out seeds)

16 ounces fine starwberry jam

2 to 4 tb fresh lemon juice

2 tb kirshwasse

Preparation

puree strawberries,blend in the strawberry jam.lemon juice and kirsh. Taste for flavor balance. Freeze , Krups electric freeze ,similoar or in a pan with the puree 2 inches deep.(8 inch cake pan)
