Fresh Strawberries With Cream Dip Recipe

Ingredients

125 grams cream cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup superfine sugar

1 tablespoon orange liqueur

1 punnett fresh strawberries, washed

Preparation

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and liqueur until smooth. Chill well.

To serve, fill individual bowls with dip mixture and place on plate surrounded by strawberries. Can also be served buffet style.
