Ingredients
4 oranges, peeled
1 pint strawberries, thinly sliced into a bowl
1 tbsp orange flower water
Sprigs of mint
Preparation
With a sharp knife, cut segments from each peeled orange, working over the bowl of strawberries to collect any dripping juices. Method: cut down the side of each segment with a sharp knife to remove it from its skin. Then drop the segment into the bowl.
After removing all segments, squeeze remaining skins with the hand into the bowl to extract any remaining juices. Mix in the orange flower water and let the flavors develop at least 30 minutes. Serve in individual crystal dishes or stemmed glasses, and garnish each with a spring of mint, if desired
