Ingredients
2C packed basil leaves
4-5 cloves garlic, minced (about 2 T)
1/3C pine nuts
1/2C romano
1/2C olive oil
Preparation
Pulse pine nuts and basil together a few times. Add garlic and pulse Add salt and pepper to taste (1t each) Drizzle olive oil in slowly as food processor runs Add romano cheese and pulse
Set aside covered with plastic wrap sealing the surface, until ready to use Add a few T of butter, softened, and mix with alb cooked pasta taste and adjust if necessary
