Ingredients

1 pkg. Fresh mushroom sliced (canned mushrooms can be used)

1 glove minced garlic

2 cups Italian bread crumbs

1 tsp. Olive oil

Preparation

Simply saute minced garlic with olive oil. Do not brown add mushrooms and stir until well coated. Add two cups of Italian seasoned bread crumbs. If stuffing is too dry add a touch of olive oil.
