Ingredients
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 large garlic clove, pressed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
7 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
whisk together top 6 ingredients then add the last one - 7 Tbsp. olive oil, in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly, until blended. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator up to 1 week. Bring to room temp and whisk until blended before serving
