Ingredients

1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese (softened)

1 cup (4oz) shredded cheddar chese

1 cup (4oz) shredded montery Jack

6 bacon strips cooked & crumbled

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. chili powder

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 lb. (16)jalapenos, halved lenghtwise + seeded (like boats)

Preparation

pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first eight ingredients and stuff into the jalapeno boats. bake for 20 min. (cruncy - hot). Bake longer for more mild poppers.
