Ingredients

1 bunch of fresh cilantro

1 bunch of fresh parsley (any variety)

1 head of fresh garlic cloves

aprox. 1 cup of e.v.o.o.

a dash of salt and pepper

half a teaspoon of red pepper flakes and a splash of fresh lemon juice

Preparation

combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until its mixed well and apply and enjoy hot or cold
