Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Cup Italian Dressing
1 Box Fettucine
1T extra virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves minced
1/2 Cup chopped green onion (white and green parts)
1/2 Cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 Cup extra virgin olive oil or taste
Salt, pepper
Preparation
Marinate chicken breasts in italian dressing at least one hour, preferably overnight. Remove chicken from marinade, pat dry. Grill chicken until cooked through, cut into stips.
Meanwhile, prepare pasta according to box. Drain pasta. In same pot with heat off, add 1T of olive oil and garlic, cook for 1 minute, add basil, onions and pasta, pour olive oil over and mix. Salt and pepper to taste Serve warm with chicken strips.
