Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 TBSP finely chopped green onion

1 TBSP chopped fresh rosemary

1 TBSP fresh lemon juice

2 tsp chopped fresh thyme

1 tsp grated lemon peel

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Preparation

Combine all ingredients until blended. Makes 1/2 cup, can keep in fridge for one week or freeze for two weeks. Can be used with warm crusty bread, toss with hot grilled vegetables, or top grilled meat, fish or chicken with a dollop just before serving to guests.
