Ingredients

2 ripe avocados

1 small onion

1 bell pepper

1/2 cup frozen corn

1/2 small tomato

1/2 cup black beans

2 persian limes

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Mince the onion, bell pepper,and tomato into small pieces and place in mixing bowl. Mince both avocados and add to mixing bowl Add thawed corn to bowl Add drained and rinsed black beans to bowl Cut and squeeze all the juice from both limes Add 2 tsp of salt and pepper Mash all ingredients with a fork or potato masher Enjoy :)
