Preparation
Grilled Oysters on grill, when shell pops open take off the grill. Perpare butter sauce, Saut’e green onions and garlic together with 1 stick of butter on medium to high heat, until garlic is tender, carful not to burn butter pour into samll serving dish, place Oysters on large serving dish, place sauce in center, open oysters with hands or (knife) if needed. pour desired butter sauce on top of each oyster with a few drops of Tabasco green sauce and a sprig of cilantro on top of each, a great alternative to beef or chicken.
