Fresh green beans enough to lay in a 9x9

Fresh mushrooms chopped

1 onion chopped

1/2 c Vegie broth

1 can of low cream, salt, cr. of mushroom soup

Crispy onion pieces if you can find the 0 trans fat

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 .Prepare and cut beans . Blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain and place in a 9 x9 pan. Saute chopped onion and mushroom in a few TBLs of vegie broth until soft. Add can of mushroom soup and taste for flavor. Add pepper to taste. Mix and then spoon over the beans. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or less. Place onion bits in serving bowl so you can add as garnish if you want.
