Ingredients

1 c fresh, ripe fruit, such as papaya, peaches mango, raspberries, etc.

1/2 cup mango, strawberries or papaya, pureed with some small pieces

1 t hot pepper, finely chopped

1 T fresh lime juice

1-2 t grated fresh ginger

1 T freshly chopped cilantro

a pinch of salt and sugar, if needed

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together, cover and chill until ready to serve.
