Ingredients
500g fresh(not dried) dates.
500 ml heavy cream(38% fat)
cinnamon TT
whiskey (2 TBSP)
vanila or perline ice cream (scoop per serving)
25g whole butter
Preparation
peel and pit the dates (cut it allmost to half ) melt the butter in a sauce pan add the peeled dates and saute’e until it becomes very light colored add the cream,cinnamon and whiskey and bring to simmer. put a scoop of ice cream in the plate add dates and gravy and spark more cinnamon put one mint leaf for garnish
