Ingredients

1 Lb. Fresh cranberries

1 Large Navel Orange

1 small can of crushed Pineapple (no sugar added)

1/4 C - chopped, toasted Pecans

Preparation

Rinse and drain cranberries, then chop in a food processor - DO NOT PUREE! Drain the crushed pineapple. Chop the orange with rind. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients. If too tart, you can add a little honey. Refrigerate over night or to cool before serving.
