Ingredients

5-6 Heads of Broccoli-Cut in bite size pieces

10 Slices of Bacon-cooked, crumbled

2/3 cup raisins

1 sm. red onion-chopped

1 cup real mayonnaise

1/3 cup granulated sugar

2 tbls. red wine vinegar

Preparation

Toss together Broccoli, Bacon, Raisins and Onions in a large bowl; Set aside

In seperate bowl, beat together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar

Pour prepared dressing over salad and toss to coat

Refrigerate at least 2 hrs. before serving, tossing occasionally
