Ingredients

1 large head broccoli, stems discarded, cut into bite sized pieces

1 sm red onion, chopped

1 C shredded cheese

1 TB water

1 TB italian seasoning

1C mayo

2 TBS vinegar

1/4 C honey or sugar

1/2 C raisins

8 slices bacon, crisply fried

Preparation

Combine, broccoli, raisins and onion in serving bowl. In a small bowl mix italian seasoning and water. et stand 5 minutes, and then add mayo, sugar, vinegar and whisk together. Pour over broccoli mix. Refigerate for 3-4 hours to sfoten. Can be made a day ahead. When ready to serve, crumble bacon and cheese. Shake ground pepper.
