Ingredients

4 spinach tortillas,

4 tablespoons cream cheese,

1 package sprouts,

8 sundried tomatoes, cut in half, 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers,

1 avocado,

1/2 cup shredded carrots

4 teaspoons sesame seeds

Preparation

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese (one tablespoon each) on half of each tortilla and proceed to top the other half of each tortilla with a 1/4 of the sprouts, 4 sundried tomatoes halves, 1/4 of the chopped cucumbers, 1/4 of the avocado, 1/4 of the shredded carrots and a teaspoon of sesame seeds. Proceed to wrap each tortilla tucking one end in and “sealing” it closed with the cream cheese side of the tortilla.
