Ingredients
1 pint of meat from a baked pumpkin.Do NOT use canned pumkin, it takes away from the TLC and fresh taste. (Note: you will be able to make several pies from one regular sized pumkin, remaining meat may be frozen). 1 pint fills a standard blender 3/4 full.
5-6 eggs
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
At least 2tbsp of pumpkin pie spice. You will need less if you use the gourmet type.
One deep dish pie crust.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and mix until well blended, mixture will be thin. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake for 45 minutes on cookie sheet on middle rack of oven.
