Ingredients
olive oil
salt
pepper
juice of 1 lemon
6 parsley sprigs, coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, sliced
16 fresh anchovies, cleaned and butterflied
Preparation
Lay the anchovies on a platter. Sprinkle them with lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste. Marinate the mixture in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
