Ingredients

SALAD

4 chicken breast

1 head lettuce

3 grated carrots

2-4 green onions sliced thinly

2 cups Veg oil

1 package Maifun noodles - or thinly sliced wonton wrappers

DRESSING

1/2 t dry Mustard

2 T sugar

2 t soy sauce

1 T Sesame oil

1/4 c salad oil

3 T rice wine vinegar

Preparation

Pour salad oil into pan about 3" deep. Heat to 375-400. Break Maifun into 3" pcs (or thinly slice Wonton wrappers. Dip a portion into the hot oil for a few seconds. Maifun will puff up quickly, drain on paper. Combine all sauce ingredients, shake well. Place shredded lettuce, carrots & green onions into salad bowl, shred cold chicken (roasted, baked, etc) and add to bowl. Top with fried Maifun/wonton wrappers. Pour prepared dressing over mixture and toss gently. Enjoy!
