Ingredients

1 loaf of french bread, sliced

6 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup half and half

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon dark caro syrup

Preparation

Place french bread slices in 9x13 baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla, and cinnamon and pour over bread. Place in the refrigerator over night to allow the bread to soak up the mixture. The next day, combine butter, brown sugar, and dark caro syrup and pour over bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
