Ingredients
9" baked pastry shell
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 T. vanilla
1 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate (Melted & cooled)
Preparation
Cream butter. Add sugar slowly and whip until smooth. Blend in chocolate. Add eggs one at a time, whipping 5 minutes after each (very important). Add vanilla.
Pour into pie shell (Optional 9x 13 preparation below)
1 c. flour 1 stick margarine combine and pres down into bottom of 9x13 pan Bake (crust only) for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
After pouring french silk chocolate into pie shell, chill for several hours and op with whipped cream.
