Ingredients
1 9.5" pastry crust
3 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
Preparation
- Bake pastry shell in 450 degree oven for 10-12 minutes
- Melt the chocloate in double boiler or microwave and let cool
- Beat sugar and butter about 4 minutes with mixer until fluffy
- Beat in chocolate and vanilla
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating on medium for 2 minutes each time
- Turn into pastry shell
- Chill several hours or overnight
