Ingredients

Ground Beef(80/20) 2#

Egg 1 whl

Swiss Cheese 4-8 slices

Spinach 1/2 bunch

Bacon diced small 2 tbl

Onions Minced 2 tbl

Oyster juice 2 tbl

Shallots minced 1 tbl

Garlic Minced 1 tbl

Olive oil as needed

Red wine vinegar 3 tbl

Salt & Pepper TT

Burger buns…4 (potato buns pref)

Preparation

+Heat up grill to 450* +Sautee Onion, Garlic, and Shallot in 1 Tbl Olive oil then cool. +In a bowl mix together Ground Beef, Egg, Oyster juice, Onion, Garlic, Shallot, S & P. +Seperate into fourths and form four patties.1/2#ea +Heat up the bacon until crisp in sautee pan. Then Drain off 95% of grease. +Then add the Red wine vinegar and quickly wisk in olive oil to emulsify. +Drizzle bacon dressing ontop of spinach but do not drench. +Toss the Spinach, Bacon, and Dressing together. +Grill burger patties and add cheese 1 minute before removing. +Grill buns while meat rest for a minute and then throw it all together. MMM mmm!!!
