Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese at room temp
4 T soft butter
1/3 cup sour cream
1/2 clove garlic minced
1 heaping T scallion tops
2 T chopped parsley
Preparation
Blend cheeses and butter. Mix in remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 3 hours to let flavors meld. Bring to room temp before serving. Serve with crackers.
