Ingredients

Beef (3/4 lb, ground or shredded)

Pork (3/4 lb, ground or shredded)

Onion (3 medium, diced)

Sage (1/2 tsp)

Salt (1/2 tsp)

Pepper (1/2 tsp)

Water (to cover above)

Pie crust (2)

Preparation

In a large saucepan, place beef, pork, onion sage, salt and pepper. Cover with water and simmer on medium for 1 hour. Drain, chill overnight and skim fat. Pour into pie shell, putting other pie crust on top, slitting the top. Bake on 375 for 45 minutes.
