Ingredients
*1/3 C. shortening
*1 egg
*1/2 C. sugar
*1 & 1/2 C. flour
*1/2 tsp. salt
*1/4 tsp. nutmeg
*1 & 1/2 tsp. baking POWDER
*1/2 C. milk
(for after they’ve been baked)
*1/2 C. butter, melted right after baking
*1 tsp. cinnamon
*1/2 C. sugar
(combined cinn/sugar)
Preparation
Cream shortening, eggs, and sugar. Mix dry in separate bowl. mix dry into shortening alternately with milk. Spray or grease fifteen cupcake tins. Fill 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. When they’re cool enough to handle, dip the tops into melted butter and then into the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Enjoy!
