4 APPLES, DIFFERENT TYPES; PEELED, CORED, AND CHOPPED

2 EGGS

3/4C SUGAR

4T DARK RUM

2t VANILLA

6T MELTED BUTTER

Preparation

WITH PORTABLE MIXER CREME EGGS, SUGAR, RUM, VANILLA AND BUTTER. STIR IN FLOUR, PAKING POWDER AND SALT. STIR IN CHOPPED APPLES. PUT IN PAN BAKE AT 350 DEGREES 80 MINUTES. CAN SUBSTITUTE PEARS AND AMARETTO.
