Ingredients

6 Ripe Organic Avocados

1 1/4 Cup Agave

Dutch process Organic Fair Trade Cocoa Powder (1/2 to 1.5 c., depending on taste)

Chill 2-3 hours or for several days.

Preparation

Halve avacados and remove pits. Scoop out pulpe, Puree with agave and cocoa till smooth, and chill for 2-3 hours or for several days.

This can be served alone, with fresh berries, chopped nuts, shaved chocolate or carob, a drizzle of any after-dinner liquier, or chilled in a no-bake nut crust as a chilled pie, or in individual cups (e.g., see Francie’s raw date-nut pie crust)
