Ingredients
1 box of Lemon Jello
1 pkg of cream cheese
1 cup of boiling water
1 can of Pet milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 graham cracker pie shells
1 cup sugar
Preparation
chill Pet milk soften cream cheese In a large bowl put cream cheese, sugar, jello, lemon juice and boiling water. Whip until smooth. In another bowl that has been chilled, whip the Pet milk. Fold the whipped Pet milk in the cream cheese mixture. Pour into the 2 graham cracker pie shells and chill for 4 hours. Tastes like a light, lemon cheese cake and only takes 10 minutes to prepare.
