Ingredients
1 1/3 C All-purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
2/3 C cornmeal
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 C plain yogurt
2 tbsp melted butter
1 C corn kernels (cooked)
Preparation
Preheat to 375.
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl. Add cornmeal.
In separate bowl combine eggs, yogurt, butter, corn.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Pour into greased pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cornbread passes the inserted knife test.
