Ingredients

½ C. Swiss Cheese

½ C. Cheddar Cheese

½ C. Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 C. ricotta cheese, whole milk

5 whole eggs

1 t. parsley

1 t. dried basil or

1 T chopped fresh basil

1 C. half and half

1 t. dried onion

1 t. chives

½ t. thyme

pie pastry for a single crust

Preparation

Mix the first three cheeses together and spread in the bottom of the pastry shell.

In the blender, mix the eggs, ricotta cheese, half- &-half and herbs.  Pour this mixture over the cheeses in the pastry.



Bake approximately one hour at 400 or until set in the center.
