Ingredients
1/3 cup flour
2 2/3 cup milk
¾ cup Swiss or Fontina cheese
½ cup Parmesan
½ cup sharp cheddar
3 oz Velveeta (I skip this and add more of whatever I have)
6 cups cooked macaroni
¼ tsp salt
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375-degrees.
- Put flour in sauce pan; Gradually add the milk and cook, stirring constantly for 8 minutes.
- Add the cheeses and stir until all of them melt.
- Put in buttered casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
You can prepare all of this in advance up until the baking part.
