Ingredients
1 cup Canola/Vegetable Oil
1 cup Soy Sauce (Regular or Low Sodium)
1 cup White Wine
1 can 7-UP
6 pieces of chicken (light or dark)
Preparation
Combine liquid ingredients in a large bowl/container and wisk together to incorporate well (ingredients will tend to separate). Marinade chicken in the refrigerator at least 4 hours and as long as overnight. You’ll want to stir chicken around while marinding due to the fact that the ingredients separate and so all of the pieces have equal exposure to all of the ingredients. Grill over medium heat turning frequently so pieces don’t burn. Cooking time varies - at least 20 minutes, or until chicken is done to your liking.
