Ingredients
8 slices bacon-cut
4 small onions-cut into rings
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup vinegar
1 can(16 oz) dark kidney beans
1 can (1 lb)pork and beans
2 cans (16 oz) Rebers butter beans
1 can (15 oz) green lima beans.
Preparation
- Fry bacon slices and then remove bacon
- Fry onion rings in bacon fat.
- Add the sugar, mustard,garlic powder,salt and vinegar in a mixing bowl.
- Put bacon back into bowl.
- Mix drained beans altogether in a baking dish and then the vinegar mix is added.
- Mix and bake for 1 hr at 350 F
