Ingredients

3 slices bacon

1 medium onion, chopped

1 medium green pepper, chopped

2 16oz cans baked beans

1 16oz can lima beans, drained

1 15.5oz can kidney beans, undrained

1 can butter beans, drained

1/2 cup mild picante sauce

2 T brown sugar

3 Tbsp vinegar

1/2 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation

Cook bacon in a medium skillet until crisp; drain, reserving 2 Tbsp drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside.

Saute onion and green pepper in drippings until tender.

Combine onion mixture, bacon and remaining ingredients; stir well. Spoon mixture into a greased 2.5 quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 1 hour.
