Ingredients

2 Egg Whites

3/4 cup sugar

1 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat Egg Whites until they are soft peaks. Continue beating and add sugar, a little at a time. Beat until stiff peaks. Fold in Chocolate Chips. Spoon teaspoonfuls onto GREASED baking sheet. TURN OVEN OFF! and put cookies in for at least 2 hours-or overnight & forget about ’em!
