Ingredients

8 oz jarred, marinated artichoke hearts, drained and loosly chopped

1 heaping tablespoon mayo

2 gloves garlic, finely chopped

2 tablespoons parmasean

crushed red pepper to taste

1/2 cup loosely chopped spinach

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
  2. Cook in microwave- usually takes about 5-8 minutes depending on the strength of your microwave. The microwave step is NOT to warm up but rather cook all the way through, thus the prolongued heating time.
