Pizza Dough Recipe

1/4 oz package dry yeast

1/3 cup warm water (110-115 degrees)

1 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cooking oil

Preparation

Measure warm water into a glass measuring cup. Sprinkle in yeast, mix and set aside

Place flour and slat in the bowl of food processor.

Add oil to the yeast and water mixture

Turn the processor on and slowly pour yeast, oil mixture, through the opening in the cover. Process just until dough ball forms.

Flour hands and counter lightly. Take dough from the processor and knead for 4 minutes.

Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise for 30 minutes.

Punch down down and shape to fit a greased 10" pizza pan.

Top pizza with:

1/2 can progresso pizza sauce 2 tablespoons parmesean cheese 1/4 pound shredded mozzorella cheese 1 teaspoon italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
